The Third People’s Art Festival for Celebrating February 16 was held in theatres in different parts of the DPRK to mark the 84th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.
The festival, one of the large-scale art events in the country, brings together art troupes from the capital and regions, mobile artistic motivational teams from industrial establishments, and art groups.
