Families and neighbors gathered together to share traditional holiday dishes, including boiled rice mixed with four other grains, and to take part in various folk games.

Visitors to the uniquely designed Rangnang Museum in Pyongyang, including workers, young people, and students, had the opportunity to learn more about the long history, brilliant culture and excellent traditions of the Korean people, which are invariably kept and shining under the leadership of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

Working people, youth and students also enjoyed themselves at the Central Zoo, the Natural History Museum and other leisure facilities.

On the same day, Okryu Restaurant, Chongryu Restaurant, Kyongamsan Noodle House in Sariwon, Sinhung Restaurant in Hamhung, Kaesong Folk Hotel and other public catering establishments in Pyongyang and regions were crowded with citizens enjoying the holiday with several kinds of special dishes.
