Brightly-lit apartment buildings add more to the magnificence of the new streets built in the Hwasong area in the DPRK’s capital city of Pyongyang. Reportedly, nearly 60 000 flats have been built in the city’s Songsin, Songhwa and Hwasong areas over the past five years.
